I graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in the Biological sciences with a focus in cell biology and genetics.  During my time at Mount Holyoke, I chose to write a senior thesis investigating the effect of autophagy on traumatic brain injury. Since then, I have had a deeper interest and curiosity within the fields of neuroscience and can not wait to truly expand my knowledge.

I am excited and honored to assist Dr. Schmerl in her research studying parvalbumin (PV) interneuron synapses in the mouse binocular visual cortex.

When not in the lab, I enjoy drawing, playing field hockey, and exploring new places to eat.
